Delivery in mainland France and worldwide
The products are prepared and shipped within 72 hours of the order, unless specifically indicated on the product sheet: manufacturer deadline announced, restocking in progress or unavailability of the product.
We deliver your order to the delivery address of your choice (except PO boxes without a physical address), in France.
You are notified by email when your order is shipped.
Depending on its type, destination and volume, we entrust your package to the most qualified carriers such as the Post Colissimo Monitoring.
The carrier delivers the package personally to the recipient, against signature of the carrier's delivery slip. You can follow your order and the delivery of the package on the site, in your Customer Area, in the Orders section.
UPON DELIVERY
The carrier delivers the package by hand to the recipient (which you indicated when ordering), against signature of the carrier's delivery slip.
Upon delivery, the recipient is required to check, in the presence of the carrier, the condition of the package upon delivery.
In the event of an anomaly noted on delivery (check the condition of the box) or any doubt about the content of the order, the recipient must indicate his reservations in the form of handwritten and dated observations with his signature on the delivery slip and keep a copy. The recipient must absolutely refuse the package. He must then send his complaints to Customer Service by email via our contact form no later than the working day after delivery. At the same time, he must confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within 2 working days of the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the complaints.
For parcels with the mention FRAGILE, it is absolutely necessary to make the report of any possible breakage with the deliveryman. No complaint can be taken into account subsequently. RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT DUE TO A DELIVERY PROBLEM (within the working day after delivery)
In the event of an anomaly observed after the parcel has been unpacked (for parcels without a FRAGILE mention), the Customer must contact Customer Service by email via our contact form, at the latest within the working day after delivery.
If return or exchange is necessary, you will receive instructions to return the product to us. The product must be in perfect condition for resale, unused, properly protected, in its original packaging with all possible accessories, documentation and associated instructions intact and not handwritten. The product must be sent by the Customer by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or Colissimo Suivi to the following address:

The product will be automatically either exchanged subject to availability or refunded if it was not available. The exchange costs are the responsibility of (www.pieces-origine-royal-enfield.com), except in the case where it turns out that the returned product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the Customer in the return form. Any anomaly that is not dealt with by the Customer in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits set cannot be taken into account and will release (ACCESS 2 ROUES 06) from all liability.
In good faith, you "forgot" to return the product on time. Or the condition of the product is imperfect to be returned under the contractual conditions ...
